Warm up with low-cal chili

Recipe

  • 1 pound lean ground turkey breast
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • 2 (28 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
  • 2 small zucchini, diced
  • 2 small yellow squash, diced
  • 1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 cans fat free, reduced sodium vegetable broth
  • 3 celery stalks, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 1 tsp. each ground black pepper, ground garlic powder, cumin, and oregano

Spray the bottom of a stock pot with nonstick spray, then cook meat and onion on medium high until brown. Reduce heat down to medium and add remainder of ingredients to pot and heat through for 1 hour. Enjoy!
